Ruby Fortune Questions Before Your First Deposit

Entering a bonus code in the wrong box on your last session left a request pending and pushed your plans back a day. The step players most often skip in that moment is confirming what the promotion actually needs from them before they send any money.

Promotions and how the bonus code works

Where do I enter a ruby fortune bonus code?

There is a field for a code during the deposit or bonus claim part of your account. Paste the code exactly as you received it, with no extra spaces. A code typed one letter short will not register, and nothing tells you until the balance fails to change. Run the deposit once with a small amount to confirm the credit lands as described.

Why did my bonus not show up after I deposited?

Most missing credits come from a code that was never confirmed before the deposit went through. Others come from a promotion that was already used on the account. Open your transaction history and compare the deposit with the bonus condition attached to it. If the two do not match, contact support with the code and the time of the deposit.

Can I combine more than one promotion?

Promotions at Ruby Fortune are generally set up to be used one at a time. Stacking two offers on a single deposit usually voids one of them. Pick the offer that fits how you plan to play and finish it before claiming another. A quick check of the active offers list before you deposit saves a support ticket later.

Do bonus funds withdraw the same way as my own money?

Bonus funds come with play conditions attached before they turn into withdrawable money. Your own deposit stays separate and follows its own rules. Track the remaining play requirement in your account area so you know where you stand. Withdrawing before the condition is met gives up the bonus.

What happens to an unused bonus code?

Codes carry their own window and stop working once it closes. A code you saved from a message may be tied to one account only. Enter it at the moment of the deposit rather than storing it for later. If it fails, ask support whether a newer offer replaced it.

Games, the phone browser and playing on the go

Do I need to download anything to play at ruby fortune online?

You can play through the browser on your phone or computer without installing software. Log in on the site and the lobby loads the same way a page does. Keep the browser updated so games render correctly. A slow connection shows up first in the slot animations, so try a stable network if a game stalls.

Is there a ruby fortune app for my phone?

Play happens in the mobile browser rather than through a separate download. Open https://ca-rubyfortune.com/ in your phone browser, log in and the games load in the same tab. Add the page to your home screen if you want quicker access. Test one game with a small stake first to confirm your connection handles it.

Which games can I try before spending money?

Many slots and table games offer a practice mode before you stake real money. Use it to learn the paytable and the bonus features of a title. Practice play does not count toward any bonus condition. Switch to real play only once you understand how the game pays.

Why does a game run slowly on my phone?

Sluggish play usually comes from too many open tabs or an outdated browser. Close what you do not need and reload the game page. A stable connection matters more than a fast one for table games. If one title keeps failing while others work, the issue sits with that game.

Can I play several games at the same time?

Several games can be open, but only one screen stays active at a time. Each round you start draws from your balance as normal. Juggling too many games makes it harder to follow how much you have spent. Pick one game per session and check your balance between rounds.

Keeping play under control

How do I set a limit on my spending?

Deposit limits live in the account settings and take effect once saved. Choose a figure you can lose without it affecting your week. The limit stays until you change it, and lowering it is the easy direction. Raise it only after a calm review of your spending.

Can I take a break from my account?

A break locks you out for the period you choose, and it holds until the time runs out. Use it when play starts feeling automatic rather than fun. Support can explain the options available on your account. Plan what you will do with the free time before you start the break.

What should I do if play stops being fun?

Stop the session and step away from the screen for the rest of the day. Repeated chasing of losses is the clearest sign to pause. A short break often restores a clearer view of your spending. If the feeling returns often, close the account for a longer period.

Does the site show how much time I have spent?

Your history lists deposits and bets, which lets you see the pattern behind a long session. Compare that record with what you intended to spend. A session with many small bets adds up faster than players expect. Set a reminder on your phone to check the clock during play.

Where can I get help if gambling feels like a problem?

Gambling support services offer free and confidential help in most places. Ask support to point you to the self-exclusion option on your account. Telling one person you trust makes the next step easier. Treat the first call as the start, not the last resort.

Account checks and getting verified

Why is my withdrawal held for verification?

Verification confirms that the account and the payment belong to the same person. A held withdrawal usually means a document is still missing or unclear. Send a clear photo of the requested document with all edges visible. The hold clears once the check is complete, so keep an eye on your messages.

Which documents do I need to send?

Expect a request for proof of identity and proof of address, and sometimes proof of the payment method used. Send images that are sharp and not cropped. Matching names across all documents avoids a second request. Submit everything at once rather than one file at a time.

Can I change my details after signing up?

Name and date of birth should match your ID from the start, so check them before you register. Other details can be updated from the account settings. A name mismatch with your payment method holds up withdrawals. Contact support first if a core detail was entered incorrectly.

What protects my login and my money?

Use a password that is long and unique to this account. Enable two-factor authentication if it is offered, since it blocks most takeover attempts. **Never share a one-time code with anyone, even someone claiming to be from support.** Check the address bar shows the correct site before you log in.
